Location Overview
We are East off of Robert Road on Spouse Drive. We are a half mile down on the right (south side) in a small 3 business strip. Parking in front or to the west of the building in a larger lot.
Prescott Valley Food Bank's mission is to provide emergency food once a month to individuals and families living in the Humboldt Unified School District who fall below the federal poverty guidelines.

Program Qualifications
Registration is for a calendar year for a one time a month food distribution. Must re-register in January of new year.
1) Show ID to confirm identity (Show each time they come to pick up food.)
2) Show proof of residency in the Humboldt Unified School District (Prescott Valley, Dewey, Humboldt, Diamond Valley)
3) Confirm identities of others claimed living in household (Driver's License, Student ID, Social Security#, Birth Certificate)
4) Sign a statement declaring income is at or under 185% of the federal poverty level. (Volunteers have the guidelines)
