The Orange County Parent Child Center's Community Cabinet and Cart has no income or other requirements to utilize this program. We do ask individuals to sign in when they arrive by providing their name, town of residency, ages of children in the home, and number of adults in the home. We recommend that individuals limit themselves to one visit per week.

The Orange County Parent Child Centers Family Assistance Funds Program aims to provide one-time financial assistance to families in need of support with auto/transportation, expenses for children, housing expenses, utilities, etc. In order to qualify for this program, families must have a child in the home 6 years of age or under and must reside in one of the following towns: Bethel, Bradford, Braintree, Brookfield, Chelsea, Corinth, Fairlee, Newbury, Randolph, Rochester, Stockbridge, Thetford, Topsham, Tunbridge, Vershire, West Fairlee.
