Matthew 25:35 Ministries operates out of the Parking Lot of St. Charles United Methodist Church on Ormond in Destrehan.

The mission of Matthew 25:35 Ministries is to alleviate hunger in St. Charles Parish by soliciting, collecting, and packaging food for distribution through a network of agencies and programs. We also want to alleviate hunger by education and connecting clients to other services that will help them become self-sufficient. We serve spiritual needs thru prayer, devotionals and other opportunities that are available to the clients and volunteers. Our services include food bag programs, congregate meals, and nutrition and educational services, social events, specialty distribution and prayers from the prayer team. Our clients and volunteers become family!!
