As of June 30th, Healthy Opportunities Pilot (HOP) services will no longer be available. Since HOP is not funded in North Carolina's draft budget, we are unable to assist with processing any HOP referrals after June.
We know this decision will harm our clients and our community. We are currently talking to lawmakers about HOP’s impact in Western North Carolina. We hope they will decide to include HOP in the final budget, and pilot services can resume. In the meantime, we encourage you to contact your care manager. They can help you find other resources to support your health.
