About Us:

Compassion Community Outreach (CCO)has been active since 2005, reaching the homeless, the underprivileged, and youth in our community. CCO is run solely on a volunteer basis, and donations go directly to the work of our programs.

Mission:

The purpose of Compassion Community Outreach is to promote self-sufficiency by providing social, mental, and spiritual services to those in need in our community.

Program Overview
We believe no one should go hungry and our food bank was established to help those in need. We work with Feeding America and local grocery stores to feed over 1,000 individuals each month.

No forms or qualifications. Free to anyone in need while supplies last. Only a valid ID is required.

Program Overview
Annual Backpack 4 Life 2025 is a very special event to assist families in our community who are in need. This year’s Backpack 4 Life event will be held on August 2, 2025, from 9:00 am – 11:30 pm. Over the past 18 years, we have been able to help over 7,000 kids be ready for school with free school supplies and backpacks. In addition, we have games, community resource booths, food bags, and gently used clothes. 

Program Qualifications
Children in TK-12 grade can receive a free backpack with school supplies (while supplies last)
