Program Overview
We provide resources and support throughout the Yukon area. We have partnerships with the schools, churches, businesses, individuals and various community and state organizations to help provide food, and clothing, as well as Christmas baskets in December.
Program Qualifications
The following is required to receive assistance:
Photo ID with proof of residency in Yukon, OK. We will also accept current utility bills or other forms of proof of residency.
Live in the following zip code areas: 73099, 73085, 73127.
Households living at 200% of the federal poverty level or less are eligible.

Program Overview
We provide transportation for those 55+ and those with physical disabilities to medical appointment and personal errands.
The van will take passengers to destinations in surrounding areas (30 mile radius one way).

Hours of Service: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, with very little down time.
We are closed during inclement weather along the school district guidelines.
Cost: There is no charge for the services, but if the client CAN afford to donate, we ask for $1 for transportation inside the city limits and $5 for outside the city limits.
