The Haven of Mercer is located behind Bethany Church so please enter through the alley on West Venango St., which is located between Bethany Church and the Mercer Police Station. There will be signs and smiling faces to direct you on where to park your car in the lower parking lot. We are a drive through food pantry so you will be directed when it is your turn to drive up to the garage to receive your food.

Location Overview
The Haven of Mercer Food Pantry, located behind Bethany Church in Mercer, gladly welcomes anyone from the Mercer area who is facing food insecurities. Please come in through the alley between Bethany Church and the Mercer Police Station where you will be directed to where to park your car. We follow the financial guidelines of the Temporary Food Assistance Program (TFAP) form, which we ask everyone to fill out when they come for the first time. We are a drive through food pantry, which means we bring the food to your car, and we offer ample parking. Our hours of operation are from 10 am - 11:30 am on the fourth Saturday of the month, EXCEPT in November and December, when it is the third Saturday of the month. We look forward to seeing you!

Program Overview
The Haven of Mercer looks forward to helping those facing food insecurities in our area. Among other items, we offer shelf food, frozen food, meat, ready made food, and baby formula and diapers. We offer little gift items for children and adults.
If you desire and after you receive your food, we also offer a quiet place to talk with someone about something concerning you.
Program Qualifications
The Haven of Mercer follows the financial guidelines of the Temporary Food Assistance Program (TFAP). We ask everyone to fill out the TFAP form on their first visit.
Proxies: Those picking up food for a family member or friend who is unable to drive to the food distribution:
The person who is wanting food and is unable to come, must fill out the TFAP form with your name listed as the proxy. The first time you come to pick up the food, we will need to see your photo ID to verify that your name is the one listed as the proxy.
